Development outcomes: - Discuss how HMR Exemptions can make a positive impact to clinical efficiency and patient outcomes within dentistry - Summarise how dental contractors will need to make appropriate provisions to prepare the team to work under HMR exemptions - Describe the experiences of those currently working with HMR exemptions and how this can help inform its integration within dentistry on a broader scale - Explain how the curriculum for HMR exemptions will sit within undergraduate training alongside the proposed training for qualified Dental Therapists and Dental Hygienists - Indicate how the e-learning programme will provide the knowledge and skills needed to apply HMR exemptions and how it can be accessed
