Q: I had registered in the original Course Manager, do I have to register again?

A: No. Your account has been preserved and your details and course history will remain. You can login just as before.

Q: I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve this information?

A: Please use the "Forgotten your password?" option on the left-hand menu. Your password will be reset and emailed to the email address you registered with.

Q: My account is locked, what do I do next?

A: Your account has been locked because you have failed to login successfully after 10 attempts. Please contact us using the email link or phone number at the top of the page.

Q: I want to book on a course but there do not appear to be any available places?

A: Click on the ‘Register interest’ link and we will email you when there are places available.

Q: I’m concerned about security. Does the site store my credit card details when I pay for a course?

A: We take your security very seriously. We do not store any credit card information on the system, nor are transactions peformed by the system itself. You are redirected to our online payments provider, WorldNet TPS.
