REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by NIMDTA

Where a course is cancelled by NIMDTA, we will endeavour to give delegates as much notice as possible.
A full refund of the booking fee will be provided.
NIMDTA will accept no further liability for any costs incurred by delegates

Cancellation by Delegate

Delegates cancelling their place on a course must provide at least 4 weeks notice - where this notice period has been met a full refund will be provided. Where delegates cancel their place on a course less than 4 weeks prior to the course, no refund will be available.

Substitution of Delegates

Substitution of delegates is not permitted without the prior approval of the Course Administrator for the event. NIMDTA reserves the right to charge an administration fee (to the original delegate confirmed to attend the event) for late notice of any such agreed changes.

Failure to Attend

In circumstances where delegates have failed to attend a course for which they have booked, no refund will be provided.
NIMDTA reserves the right to invoice the individual for any additional costs incurred as a result of that individuals failure to attend.
