This two day interactive induction programme is mandatory for Wessex International Medical Graduate (IMG) Training grade doctors, to help them to integrate into the NHS. Thames Valley IMG training grade doctors and Wessex/Thames Valley IMG non-training (Trust grade) doctors are also welcome to attend if they wish.
