Whether we like it or not, we are all being judged and assessed by others all the time. It is no longer realistic to say that this does not matter and all that is really important is knowledge, skills and the ability to do the job as a healthcare professional.

Competence alone is no longer enough and it is the impact made on patients and colleagues at work which makes a real difference to working life and personal effectiveness. This masterclass focuses on self-awareness, communication and relationship building.

Due to the nature of the training, we strongly recommend that people from the same teams/departments do not attend the same event. Regardless of how good a working relationship you may have with your colleagues, we find that optimal training value from open discussion is better achieved if colleagues attend separately.
