North West Leadership Schools
18 December 2023

Information:

The North West Leadership Schools (NWLS) are an initiative of Health Education England North West (HEE NW).  Each year we run a series of free events, workshops and lectures with the aim of inspiring and developing leadership skills in medical and dental trainees.

The NWLS have three regional sub-committees: Cheshire and Merseyside, Cumbria and Lancashire and Greater Manchester.  Each sub-committee is responsible for organising smaller “after work” events as well as collaborating on the annual NWLS Conference.

I'm an Imposter... Get me out of here!

If you wish to have a short introduction to imposter syndrome before the session, feel free to access this useful video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQUxL4Jm1Lo

Some people feel that imposter syndrome has a significant effect on their mental health, if you feel you would benefit from speaking to a professional about imposter syndrome, please seek support from your GP or support services such as MIND: https://www.mind.org.uk
