Aims:

This course aims to equip delegates with knowledge on mental health and resilience to ensure they have the tools in place for themselves to manage their mental wellbeing effectively.

Course Objectives:

  • Characterise mental health, recognising the fluidity of it for ourselves and team.
  • Implement tools and strategies to enhance mental wellbeing for ourselves and team.
  • Identify what is resilience, identifying new techniques to foster resilience in ourselves and team

Learning outcomes:

After this course delegates will be able to:

  1. Recognise poor mental health in ourselves and others
  2. Demonstrate practical tools and techniques to support healthy mental wellbeing
  3. Implement new ways to strengthen and enhance resilience in the workplace
