Data on Accent Course Manager is owned by Health Education England (HEE).
Account holders’ personal details are treated as confidential. They are kept on a secure server in full compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal details will only be used for the following purposes:
- Processing bookings
- Corresponding with delegates about bookings/attendance
- Providing registration information i.e. name, job title, specialty, place of work
- Providing delegate details to venues i.e. dietary or accommodation requests
- Sending information about future events
- Sharing confirmed delegates’ details (names, job title, place of work) with other delegates (for car sharing purposes)
Account holders are responsible for keeping their passwords secure and not disclosing them to anyone. Anyone who suspects that their password has been disclosed is advised to Contact Us as soon as possible to notify that this has occurred.
Delegates can request via email that their account is either inactivated or deleted at any time. Delegates who do not log into their account regularly will have their account inactivated by the system automatically.
