    Login error

    A new version of Accent is on it's way

    As part of our commitment to continued improvement of the Accent system a new version is currently undergoing testing.  It is anticipated that the new version will be released to end users in early April.  Further information to follow.

  • University Email Addresses

    Accounts registered with academic email addresses.

    Accent Leave Manager is linked to the NHSE TIS system, so new starters are registered in the system with the email address which is held on TIS.  This will likely be from your Oriel application for your new programme.  Please do not contact the Accent support desk.

    You will need to contact your local office either via the details on the Contact Us page: https://accent.hicom.co.uk/Portal/Live/Web/ContactUs or via the details supplied to you as part of your onboarding process.

    Accessing the system for the first time.

    If you are a postgraduate doctor or dentist in an NHSE training programme accessing the Accent Leave Manager system for the first time you should have recieved an activation email directly from the system.  Please note these emails are time sensitive to ensure secure access by you only.  If the email has timed out you can request a new email via the "Forgotten password" function on the homepage: https://accent.hicom.co.uk/Security/Live/Web/Account/ForgottenPassword. 

    The email address held in Accent is the same as the contact email address held within the NHSE TIS system, if you email address is not correct please contact your NHSE local office to update your record, details can be found here: https://accent.hicom.co.uk/Portal/Live/Web/ContactUs
