WHY DO I NEED A PIN AND PASSWORD?

An email address held within this system may not be unique. Therefore, the combination of email address and password alone is not sufficient for security purposes to gain access to the system.
Similarly, data items such as GMC reference number (which are unique) are not applicable to all users of the system and cannot be used.
