Aims:
This session will create a support network for Dental Practice Managers to facilitate best practice for leadership, accountability and governance in General Dental Practice.
Course objectives:
Explain the overall purpose of the PM study club.
Facilitate discussion to identify which governance topics PMs would like to cover in future sessions.
Quantify the level of interest and commitment for the continuation of the study club.

Establish contacts with fellow professionals.
Utilise the advantages of a peer review network.
Share information which can be integrated to enhance the delivery of oral health care within their own organisations.
