• Hands-on skills demonstrated. Restore teeth to maintain predictability. Can demonstrate modern restorative concepts around minimally invasive techniques
• Describe the principles involved in the ideal preparations and how to modify techniques when the ideal cannot be achieved. Identify appropriate use of material choice for each type of preparation to achieve good colour match.
• Undertake a series of practical exercises to reinforce protocols associated with indirect anterior and posterior preparations to maintain good contacts points. 
• Be able to demonstrate understanding of direct and indirect Post placements.
