Information:
The Language of Leadership - Introduction introduces delegates to The Language of Leadership: finding your own voice programme, which has been run as a joint venture between Health Education England Thames Valley and Wessex since 2019.
This day includes thinking about how communication shapes team culture, and the impact of the leader’s language and communication style on team performance. Participants will also think about how they would like to establish their own voice and their professional identity as a leader, so that they can communicate effectively with personal authority, authenticity, and impact.
During the day, participants will be asked to choose a minimum of four out of eight modules (across 2-3 years) to attend; to complete the programme. Participants will receive a resource handout.
