This course supports personal development by offering individual assessment of leadership and management skills. The course focuses on the individual, with delegates gaining a clear personal insight into their performance in a variety of common and relevant non-clinical challenges.

Due to the nature of the training, we strongly recommend that delegates should only attend when they feel ready, and people from the same teams/departments do not attend the same event. Regardless of how good a working relationship you may have with your colleagues, we find that optimal training value from open discussion is better achieved if colleagues attend separately.

Programme: Through a range of individual and team exercises delegates will:
