  9. Assessing complete dentures in a structured way
  10. How and why facebows are important – time and cost saving!
  11. Problem solving
  12. Modifying current practice in relation to best clinical guidelines
  13. Good communication with your technician
  14. Photographs
  15. Record keeping including prescriptions!
